RETURNS FOR OTHER ITEMS
Please contact me with 7 days of receiving the item. If you don't like your purchase then you may return the item for a refund minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in new condition and sent with tracking. Once its received by me, you will then be issued a refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All sent by USPS first class mail.

Please note: international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred in shipping.
LOST ITEMS:
U.S.:
If an order is shown to be lost by the Post Office. I am not responsible for providing refunds as I have no control over the post office. I can offer to remake the same item for you for 50% off the retail price plus the cost of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL:
I can show that your order has been shipped through the receipt but I have been told by the Post Office that tracking is not available once a package leaves the U.S. As this is out of my control I cannot issue a refund or ship a replacement for lost international packages. If the item is lost I can offer to remake the same item for 50% off the retail price plus shipping.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Please contact me immediately upon receiving the item and provide a photo of the damage. I will do my best to resolve the problem.
