Announcement   112 James Street is a collection of home linens designed and made by a mother of 4. All linens are sustainably sourced and eco-friendly. Good for us and the environment. Lots of love, care, and research goes into selecting each textile I use.

All the linens in the shop are machine washable. The more you wash, the softer and more absorbent they become. They are meant to be used daily. They age beautifully. They are made to last. The hemp blend is similar to a flax blend but even stronger than flax. This gives them added strength and stain resistance to hold up over time.

You will also find a curated collection of vintage home goods. All meant to be lived with and loved well. Lets's gather and connect and linger around the table and in the kitchen with family and friends.

I ship with recycled materials via USPS first class. Some larger orders and vintage items ship USPS Priority. All orders ship within 3-5 business days. If you need something in a rush, have a large quantity order, or have any questions, Convo me. I'd love to work with you. Instagram and Facebook @112jamesstreet.

About

the story of 112 James Street

All the items in the shop are slow made, timeless, and useful. Everything is made from eco-friendly and sustainably sourced textiles that are good for us and the environment. In addition to organic textiles, I occasionally carry wood wares that are handcrafted by my father in his "woodshop" in Summit, Mississippi, and vintage home goods that i hope inspire us to gather and connect in the kitchen and around the table.

I am a maker and a mother of four. I draw my inspiration from the outdoors, casual table gatherings, home cooked meals, motherhood, life's ordinary moments and generous hospitality. It is my hope to create beautiful, useful, and eco-friendly products that are made to last and be used everyday.

* the shop name came from my childhood home address, a humble little 1950s bungalow in small town Mississippi. It was a simple, no frills home and so full of life, love and generous hospitality. It was the first place I remember gathering around the table and sharing meals with family and friends. These shared meals have shaped my life and serve as a source of inspiration for starting 112 James Street.
