I am a one woman shop. I design, cut, iron, sew, ship, and market every item in my shop. All linens are fully certified organic. Orders will ship in 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. If you have any questions, please message me.
Everything is machine washable and made to be used everyday. Wash with like colors using your favorite detergent. In the beginning, there will be WRINKLES. Washing helps soften the fibers and makes them stronger. The more you wash, the softer and more absorbent and less wrinkly your napkins will become. I am a fan of frequent washes. If you are worried about wrinkles: Remove from the dryer slightly damp, smooth the napkin with your hand, lay flat to finish drying. This will help reduce wrinkles. Make sure linen is fully dry when you put away.
I ship with 100% recycled materials from ECO ENCLOSE via USPS. The address labels, shipping bags, brown paper (I wrap napkins in), and the hemp twine is from Eco-Enclose. Some larger orders will ship USPS Priority. I offer complimentary gift wrap with brown kraft paper tied with hemp twine and finished with a hand-written note.

5 out of 5 starsThis is my second purchase from Tara and I couldn’t be happier. Last time I got solid colored napkins, but the green stripes are beautiful! 😍
About 112JamesStreet
112 James Street
I am a maker and a mother of four. I draw my inspiration from the natural world, simple table gatherings, home cooked meals, motherhood, life's ordinary moments and generous hospitality. It is my hope to create beautiful, useful, and eco-friendly products that are made to last and be used everyday.
All the items in the shop are slow made, timeless, and useful. Everything is made from eco-friendly and sustainably sourced textiles that are good for us and the environment. In addition to organic kitchen + table linens, I make seasonal hand-poured 100% pure beeswax candles.
* the shop name came from my childhood home address, a humble little 1950s bungalow in small town Mississippi. It was a simple, no frills home, so full of life, love and generous hospitality. It was the first place I remember gathering around the table and sharing meals with family and friends. These shared meals have shaped my life and serve as a source of inspiration for starting 112 James Street.
