I've partnered with a print shop who has the industrial grade equipment required to print t-shirts! All t-shirts are printed "direct to garment" (DTG), which provides for a higher quality, more consistent, and more colorful print than the screen printed methodology of old.

Sizing details
Please refer to size charts located in the images for the listing you are looking to purchase. For best results, measure an existing garment which fits you well, and then compare those measurements to the size chart. Width measurements are taken from armpit-to-armpit in inches, and height measurements are taken from the collar on the back of the shirt down to the waist. Please note that the garment you receive may be 1"-2" larger or smaller than the measurements due to factory tolerances in the manufacturing process of the garment.
Care instructions
Our t-shirts are made to last, so don't worry too much. But for best results, machine wash cold and tumble dry on low to regular heat. If you have ordered a 100% cotton t-shirt, avoid washing on high heat to prevent shrinking.
When will my order ship?
Each t-shirt is created custom for your order. This process requires 3-7 business days of production time. Please note that business days exclude weekends. If you need help understanding when your shirt will ship out, please reach out via an Etsy message.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped with USPS or FedEx and generally take 3-5 business days to arrive after shipping out. All orders are shipped with tracking, so please refer to that tracking information for the most up-to-date information on where your order is and when it will be delivered.
Please note that every order requires 3-7 business days of production time before they are shipped out. The total time required to receive your order from the moment you checkout is 3-7 business days of production time + 3-5 business days of shipping time.
I need my order by a certain date, can you help?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our t-shirts, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order soon than the estimated 3-7 business days of production time + 3-5 business days of shipping time. You can purchase express shipping at checkout to improve the shipping speed to 2 business days.
If you are hoping to receive your order by a certain date, please reach out to us via Etsy Messages prior to placing our order. We'd love to help try and make it work.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us via Etsy as soon as possible. If we have already started producing your order, it may not be possible to make changes. However, we'll do our best to accommodate any request!
My shirt doesn't fit, help!
Due to the made-to-order nature of our t-shirts, we generally cannot accept refunds or exchanges. However, if you find that your shirt does not fit, please reach out. We can offer you a replacement shirt at a dramatically discounted price. And in limited circumstances, we may be able to offer you an exchange. We're here to help!
I received my order, but there's a problem with it. How can you help?
Not to worry! If your order is defective in some way, please reach out and let us know what's going on. We'll get it fixed up with a free replacement or refund right away.
Note: please reach out within 7 days in the event that your order is defective. If too much time has elapsed, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. This will also ensure timely resolution to any issues.
Why did my order ship from Rhode Island?
Joy Haus HQ (AKA Zach's apartment) is located in Los Angeles. We're a small business! In order to produce the high quality shirts our customers know and love, we partner with a print shop out of Rhode Island. It's owned by some close friends, and they own the industrial grade printers that make it all possible. Most of the time, as a result, your order will ship from Rhode Island. In some limited circumstances due to stock or other constraints, your order may ship from a separate print partner out of North Carolina, Texas, or California. Rest assured that in every case, you're getting a vetted, tested, and high quality product.
