Hello! Thanks for checking out my Etsy shop. I started 15 Pieces of Flair back in 2008 as my crafting outlet to feed my need to make. In February of 2018, I realized a dream of opening my own brick and mortar shop, Stitch Morgantown, LLC.!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Cut fabric is considered a custom order as you are specifying the length to cut from the bolt. Therefore cut fabric is not returnable.
Preorder items are offered at a discount from what the price will be once the merchandise arrives. The 10% deposit you place in order to receive that discounted price is non-refundable should you cancel your order prior to payment of the balance and delivery of the merchandise.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and I will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
Payment
State tax is charged per individual state requirements.
Shipping
Most all listing are calculated to give accurate pricing based on weight and zip code. If you are purchasing multiple small cuts (ie. fat quarters), send me a message so I can adjust the weight accordingly and your order will have accurate shipping before checkout. Or, for a speedy checkout, know that I will refund any overages of $1 or more when your order is packed and shipping label is printed.
