As clearly stated in my shop policies, I accept returns only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. This is standard for vintage and collectible jewelry where size and fit are personal and should be reviewed prior to purchase. Unfortunately, a sizing issue alone does not qualify for return under my policy. I responded to the buyer via Etsy and explained this, and Etsy also reviewed the case and confirmed that there was no policy violation on my part.
