Shipping
Hi!
I will ship your items as soon as possible, usually by the next business day. I do ship internationally. Contact me for a quote.

I ship through the USPS and FedEx Ground.

I ship First Class, Parcel Post and Priority…whichever costs less to save you money. Most items take less than a week to arrive but some take up to two weeks. An item is not considered lost for 30 days. I am happy ship Priority or Express if a buyer requests and pays for it.

Larger items may be shipped FedEx. Again, it depends on cost.

I want buyers to enjoy the great vintage items they have purchased. That is why I package items really well, but every so often, items get damaged in the mail. If an item is damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. If an item is insured, you must follow the insurer's instructions to receive a refund. Please do so within 7 days to ensure your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
Vintage finds are sold as is. I do my best to describe all items accurately. I do not offer refunds once an item has been shipped, so please look carefully and ask questions before buying. I'm happy to help. If you have any concerns once you've received an item, please contact me. I will do my best to help you.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. To receive a refund or exchange, the buyer must provide a picture of the actual damage. Again, the picture must be sent within 3 days of receipt. Please see my shipping policy for information on insured items damaged in the mail.

I am a military wife and stay-at-home mom, not a corporation. I buy all the items I am selling and incur all the expenses. Bubble wrap, tape and boxes cost money too.
