Frequently asked questions
How do I attach my stroller tag?
Zip-tie's are included in all tag purchases at no extra cost!
You can add ribbon to decorate it further.
You may also use adhesive magnets, binder clips and more depending on what you are attaching your tag to.
Care instructions
No special care is required.
Stroller Tags:
Tags are aluminum and designs are permanent.
*No vinyl used
Photo Panels:
Panels are aluminum sheets with a permanent design. They are best used with permanent markers or Posca markers. You can choose to fill the entire panel with autographs or just around the border. This option allows you to add and frame a photo from your trip! All packed with cardboard packing and a plastic protection sleeve for shipment.
Tumblers:
It is best to hand wash them with warm water and mild soap. Dishwasher is not recommended and may result in peeling or fading designs.
What if my tag gets wet from the rain?
No worries! Tags are made with weather resistant material.
Be cautious if left in direct sunlight as the aluminum will become warm to touch.
What if my package doesn't arrive in time for my trip?
Estimated Delivery dates and shipping upgrades are available. Please check that available options are within your time frame prior to completing your order, Refunds will not be provided if your item fails to arrive to you on time as long as item shipping within it's timeline policy posted on your item listing.
If you need an order rush shipped, please message upon placing your order with your travel date and I will do my best to accommodate your rush at no extra cost as long as your selected shipping option is within the appropriate timeframe. If it is NOT, I will message you with options to A.) Upgrade your shipping B.) Cancel your order for a full refund
