I am not setup to accept credit cards. I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL! If you do not have an account with PayPal, may I suggest signing up for one. It is free, and is a convenient way to make purchases as well as keep track of all your transactions. You can pay for your purchase via credit card through the PayPal web site. Payment must be received within 24 hours. If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will cancel the sale.
I ship using USPS first class mail with delivers confirmation numbers . You can upgrade shipping, insurance for an additional cost. Contact me for details.

I typically ship items within 2-3 days of payment. During times of high volume, orders may take longer.

Make sure your Etsy and PayPal address are the same. I will ship to your Etsy address unless stated otherwise. Shipping may be delayed while trying to verify the correct shipping address when the addresses do not match.

Custom Orders & Multiple Pieces or Sets - these items will ship using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

International Customers – shipping internationally may cause your package to attract duties and custom fees – these are the responsibility of the buyer.

I do Not offer Delivers Confirmation Numbers for INTERNATIONAL Shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges.

All jewelry is shipped beautifully packaged in a gift box, and ready for gift giving.
I do offer a 1 year "warranty" on my jewelry. I know accidents do occur, so I also offer simple repairs, free of charge, for the lifetime of the item you purchase!
