I am a self-trained designer based in Illinois who specializes in modern vintage accessories and home decor. I have a desire for clean and simple designs and my creations are modern & romantic. When you purchase from One Blue Tree you are buying a built from scratch item that has a lot of time and care put into it.

All payments are due within 72 hours of purchase.
One Blue Tree never charges extra for shipping! Shipping rates are by weight and are the rates charged by USPS.

Unless mentioned at the top of a listing that an item is "handmade to order", the items in my shop are in stock and ready for shipping.

I ship ready made items within 72 business hours from Monday to Friday upon cleared payment.

I ship "handmade to order" items in 14 business (not calendar) days.

Delivery times after I've shipped:

United States - five to seven business days
Everywhere else - seven to fourteen business days

***Please note that even though I always ship promptly and within the turnaround times promised, delivery times may be extended up to 8 weeks due to issues with customs, local mail handling (i.e. strikes, power outages, etc.), holidays, flight cancellations, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that are beyond my control. In the rare instances when that happens, please take those conditions into consideration and be patient with delivery.

Packaging: All items are carefully wrapped to withstand the rigors of overseas travel and handling by mail carriers.

Gifts: My items are delivered nicely packaged and ready for gift giving. If your purchase is to be sent directly to the recipient, please mention this in the message to seller with any wording you'd like for me to include in a personal note.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns for clothing (unworn) and for items that arrive damaged due to rough mail handling.

Any returns I accept or losses I cover will be for repair, replacement, in-store credit or refund minus shipping and packaging costs. (I resolve this according to the item and to what went wrong.)

Full refunds are only given for lost or damaged items shipped or in the off chance that I sent the incorrect item.

I do not accept returns or give exchanges and refunds without prior communication. Failing to contact me immediately and/or leaving feedback without contacting me prior will imply acceptance of the item or transaction as is.
