** All shipments go out every Saturday.

** After the period of production time, your order will be shipped by USPS First Class, and could take up to 4-8 weeks to arrive. Other shipping options are available by request.
**All customs taxes and fees are to be paid by the buyer of the item.
**Due to import restrictions I can not ship to Italy.

** After the period of production time, your order will be shipped by USPS First Class mail and should be expected in 3-5business days.
- - - Express Delivery - - -
**If you would like your item expedited, we recommend Express Mail shipping. Domestic packages will arrive within 1-3 days and International packages will arrive in 5-7 days (depending on location).
** Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost item or damaged item that caused by delivery. We are trying to avoid this by providing suitable packaging for shipping and providing tracking numbers (where available).
** If your package is unclaimed and returned to us by your local postage carrier, you may need to provide the return postage cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
** If the photos as well as the descriptions we provide are not enough please Etsy mail us or email us at: 1.61softgoods[at!] gmail [dot] com. We will try our best to answer your questions.
**We do NOT provide refund or exchange for all personalized items (including broken or damaged products that was caused by shipping)
** Please note that color of products may vary slightly from screen to screen. Also the color of the leather may be different as this is a natural material that varies batch to batch.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product the buyer must pay for return shipping.
*A refund will only be issued once the product is sent and received in the original condition.

Production Lead Time:
** Due to service, every item is handcrafted upon the payment being recieved. Please allow 3-4 weeks (exclude shipping time) for production of your order. We appreciate your patience.
** For an updated production time, please refer to our announcement bar at the top of the main page.
** We only use genuine leather. Since it's natural material, it may have stain marks, insect bites, scars, and even briar scratches.
** Color may vary slightly from screen to screen **
**Personalization service is offered to certain items. See item description for details.
** Please provide the following details at your purchase: NAME or initial to be engraved, and LEATHER color.
** If we do not receive your personalize detail, we’ll make it in same leather & stitching color as per purchased item of listing, without engraving**
**Symbols are not included at this time
