Exceptional customer service! The crocs I had ordered was a size up from his current shoe size. I thought I was safe in doing so and thought there would be room to grow; however, they came fitting too small. The shop had reached out, asking how my order was, and I replied with how the sizes seemed to be off. They fitting very small, no room to spare. The shop, without any hesitation, offered to send a bigger size, no cost to me. I just received the new pair and have room to grow, just as I wanted! I’m very happy with the shop’s communication, quick turnaround, and willingness to help resolve the issue! I will absolutely use this shop again and highly recommend!
