Payment

Payment must be received within 3 days of placing your order. Shipping will occur after payment is received. We currently accept payment with Etsy Direct Checkout (credit card, debit card, or etsy gift card).

Lost items in US: Your tracking number must show your item was never delivered. Insurance will not cover lost items if the tracking number shows it was delivered.
If your order is missing from theft we cannot replace it, it is not our fault, you will need to file a claim with your post office in the event that it may be found and returned to you.



Shipping

We ship breakable items USPS priority mail and shipping is 1-3 days. We ship flexible items USPS first class and shipping is 3-5 days. We currently only ship to the continental US. Shipping is fulfilled 1-14 business days after payment is received (Saturday and Sunday are not business days) for already made items. We try our best to ship as soon as possible. Prices listed are for USPS and you will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped.

Please be sure to double check that your postage address is correct as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location (unless of course we make the error!)

Shipping is expensive for breakable items! We are a very small business and don't qualify for a discount on shipping. We don't make any profit on shipping and handling, the price listed is the actual cost. If the shipping cost ends up being less than what I have charged (sometimes multiple items can fit into the same box) then we will refund the excess amount.

We can’t change your order once it is shipped. We can’t guarantee delivery times or dates - once we give it to the post office it’s not in our control.



Returns and exchange details

Please ask us for any information you need before you purchase so that you are fully satisfied when you receive your package. We spend a lot of time trying to accurately describe and depict all of my items. Please remember that these are all handmade items and vary slightly from one piece to the next. Photographs are of similar items, not necessarily the exact item purchased.

Orders may not be cancelled. Once an order is placed, the items purchased are no longer available for others to purchase since it is set aside for you. Therefore, we will not accept cancellations.

If you are unhappy with the purchase, please contact us via Etsy within 3 days of receiving the package. We want to understand and address your concerns. We will give you a refund for the item once we have received the product back, but shipping charges are not refundable. You pay return shipping costs.

We take care to package each item carefully. If, however, your piece is broken during the shipping process, please keep the packaging and send us a picture of the broken item(s) so we can make a USPS insurance claim and let me know immediately (within 7 days of purchase or 3 days of shipment received, whichever is longer). We will replace the item for you or issue you a full refund. (Shipping charges are not refundable)

We make every effort to pack the items to prevent breakage. If there is a problem please message us immediately so we can arrive at a resolution together.
