The seller provides excellent service and beautiful work. The original piece that I ordered arrived slightly damaged. Although he didn’t have a similar piece in stock, Brooks offered to refund me in full - though I instead chose a different item from his store, which he promptly shipped to me. Both pieces are beautiful, it was just an unfortunate issue in the shipping/delivery with the first piece. At any rate, would definitely do business with Brooks again.
