5 out of 5 starsCustomer service was great. Had an issue with shipping taking twice as long as it should have. The ring looks fantastic, but I wore it for less then 1 day and it turned my finger green. I’ll definitely give the seller another chance on other items. Just not this particular item.

How long do domestic orders take to be delivered?
For domestic orders (USA only), in general, it can take 4-12 business days to reach a U.S. destination. If delays occur, it will be noted in tracking, and no further action can be done by us or courier staff. Please contact us if you see delays in tracking, and we will try to help as best we can.
I accidentally provided an old/wrong address. What is your policy on address errors?
Please note that we ship to your listed Etsy address, and are not responsible for errors in addresses if the post office cannot deliver. If you notice your address is incorrect or incomplete, please message us asap, and if the package is still in our possession, we can change it. If packages are returned to sender due to address errors as noted in tracking, there is a 15% restocking fee, and original postal fees will be deducted from refunds. If a refund is not preferred, we are able to reship with an additional shipping fee. We are only able to proceed when packages are returned to us. Please note that if a wrong address is provided, and the package is not returned to the original sender, we are unable to replace items at this time.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are accepted on non-custom-made and full-priced items in new and unused condition within 7 days, however, we do not cover return shipping cost, and there is a 30% restocking fee to cover initial fees.
