The wallet looks absolutely beautiful and was everything I hoped for! I got it in 8 days even with the holidays so it was super fast which was great! Thank you so much!

About

Fresh, Fun, Colorful Purses

I love shoes and purses. I love how you feel the first time you get to show them off -- how having exciting, special items can really pull an outfit together and make you feel like you can conquer the world (and certainly that damn presentation/hot date/dreary day). Some of my personal favorites were bought on sale or second-hand, making it possible for me to have lots of options to choose from without shattering my credit score.

I hope to offer you the same experience -- items that look great and are made well, but that are affordable enough to buy on impulse without remorse.

24th & Grand was started as my creative outlet -- a way to maintain some semblance of personal identity and non-mommy-blog interests after the birth of our son Riley, who shall be known henceforth as the Minister of Style.

Design meetings take place in the dining room, fighting for space with the lord and lady of the table, our kitties Murphy and Bendamalena (all items are rigorously de-linted before shipping, I promise!). Production is overseen by the MoS in his exersaucer. We're all fueled by an excess of caffeine and Indian food.

It's all pretty laid back and cozy. I hope you find something that dazzles you.

Payment
I accept payment via PayPal and direct checkout at the time of your order.

I require payment for custom orders before any materials are purchased and work begins.
Shipping
Shipping will be done through USPS, first class for packages under 4 lbs, and most include a delivery confirmation/tracking number. I try to get orders in the post by the end of the next business day after they are ordered (or the day after they are completed if they were made to order).

If you are purchasing from Canada/international and would like a tracking number, insurance, or an upgrade to Priority Mail, please message me. Please note that international orders going through customs will take longer to arrive to you; international buyers are also responsible for any duties accrued going through Customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
My first priority is to make sure my customers are excited about their item. I stand behind the quality and workmanship of every item in my shop.

Returns and exchanges can be made in most cases. I accept full returns and exchanges for unused items that are not as described or are defective upon inspection. Only unworn, unwashed, and odor free items may be returned or exchanged, no exception. Return requests due to changing your mind will be accepted with a 30% restocking fee plus original shipping.

Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways for exchanges and I will send an additional invoice for the additional shipping cost.

You must notify me within 48 hours of receiving your items to qualify for any type of return. Please thoroughly inspect all of your items upon their arrival.
Additional policies and FAQs
I love custom orders! If I have fabric on hand that you're interested in, total turnaround time is two weeks (sometimes less). If you have a more specific request, please contact me and I will do my best to make your vision come to life as quickly as possible, bearing in mind that some materials have their own shipping journey to get to me before I can begin my work.

How my custom order process typically work is we discuss design details (hardware, pockets, size/dimension requirements, and any color/fabric details not already determined), then, I set up a custom listing for you in my Etsy shop, you pay, and after that I shop for supplies (if necessary) and get moving.

I welcome wholesale inquiries! Contact me for further information.

If you had any problems, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I will always do my best to fix the problem!
