HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ITEM AND GET STARTED?

To place an order for invitations, save the dates, programs, and wedding websites; please purchase the respective listing to get started. You will be given the option to select the quantity of invitations or programs you will need, and this will adjust your price as appropriate. If you choose to add on an addition like guest addressing of your envelopes, we will bill you for that separately, via a custom Etsy listing.

Pricing is outlined on each item listing. For information on print products not listed in our shop, feel free to shoot us a message.

Shipping

All orders ship via UPS Ground with a tracking number, with the exception of overseas orders. Shipments going to Canada and Mexico will be delivered via UPS, whereas orders to Europe, Australia, Asia, and otherwise will ship via USPS International Mail.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PRODUCTS?

Timelines vary based on product. Each product is broken up in 3 phases: proofing, production, and shipping. See details to follow.

- - - Stationery Items (invitations, save the dates, programs, etc):

Proofing Phase: Initial proof, 3 business days. Each proof thereafter, 1-2 bus. days.
Production Phase: Approximately 4 business days
Shipping: 2-5 business days

- - - Wedding Websites:

Proofing Phase: Initial proof, 4 business days
Each proof thereafter, 2-3 business days

- - - International Orders (stationery products like invitations etc.)

Proofing Phase: Initial proof, 3 business days. Each proof thereafter, 1-2 bus. days.
Production Phase: Up to 11 business days
International Shipping: 6-10 business days

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Yes, we ship using UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. All orders come with a tracking number with the exception of international orders. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on the day of shipping.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We love international orders! We ship using USPS Priority Mail International, which take approximately 6 - 10 business days for delivery. Shipping fees vary between products, as reflected on our item listings. Feel free to contact us for more information. Tracking numbers on international orders are not available at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges

- - - For stationery orders, like invitations, save the dates, and programs:

Orders are eligible for a 50% refund if the order is cancelled prior to the approval of the 3rd and final proof. Orders cancelled after the final proof approval or during print are 100% non-refundable.

- - - For websites:

Website are 100% non-refundable, as coding and design begin immediately after the order is placed.

I DIDN'T ORDER ENOUGH INVITES? CAN I ORDER MORE LATER?

More invitations can be ordered at a later date, but we recommend ordering a “buffer” of extra invitations initially. It is substantially more expensive to reorder invitations later, than it is to order extras up front. This is because each print run incurs setup costs and preparation time, no matter the quantity ordered.

CAN I ORDER LESS THAN 50 INVITATIONS?

We currently have a minimum order of 50 pieces on all stationery orders.
