I absolutely LOVE my bag!! The bag is lightweight and comfortable! The fabric is beautiful and it is very well made! The wooden button is a great accent. I will definitely be purchasing another bag in the near future! Thank you, Kaitlin and Patti!

About

Two left hands

2LeftHandz is my mother, Patti, and I. The two of us make all our hobo bags by hand. The idea of 2LeftHandz started in early 2011. We opened our shop in August of that year and have been amazed by how many people like our bags.

The first hobo bags we made were patchwork bags. My mom made several for me when I was in high school because the bags I would find in stores would be too long, too big, too small, or just too boring. People would always tell us that we needed to go into business.

My mom has been sewing since she was nine and has a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She also has experience in clothing construction, tailoring, and pattern-making. I learned to sew when I was young but never had much interest in it until we started making hobo bags. When I was a teenager, I taught myself to knit, and more recently, to crochet.

We are glad you've taken the time to look at our bags. It's because of you that we are always able to stay busy and try out new ideas!
