2 Brave Girls is a shop owned and operated by two sisters with a passion for fashion and creativity whose love for for beautiful vintage pieces and unique accessories has driven the opening of this shop. Many of our pieces are handmade; most (if not all) by ourselves.

Payment
Payment accepted via PayPal only. All payments must be received within 24 hours of sale or transaction will be cancelled. If you need longer than that, please contact us before making the purchase. Items may be placed on reserve at our discretion only.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 72 hours of confirmed payment; custom orders may take up to five days, depending on items and quantities requested. All orders shipped via US Mail out of northern Utah, unless otherwise noted or requested.

Orders under $10 for small items (such as arm swag sets) will be shipped via first class mail. Larger items, such as vintage clothing and the larger accessories, will be shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Buyer is responsible for all customs and/or insurance fees. If you wish to add insurance to your item, or have is shipped with a different carrier, please message me before completing the purchase so that I may adjust the listing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Check individual item listings for refund eligiblity. All items that are eligible for a refund must be requested within 10 days of ship date unless otherwise noted. Refunds will only be issued for defective or misrepresented merchandise - but only at our sole discretion. It is our job as the seller to properly represent our merchandise; it is your job as the buyer to ensure that it meets your needs before you make the purchase. If you have questions regarding an item, please send us a message before completing purchase. Buyer will pay return shipping in most cases (unless item grossly misrepresented), and no refunds will be made for shipping costs. Seller not responsible for items damaged in transit. If in doubt - please ask first!!!

On Vintage Items:
-Keep in mind that vintage clothing often has some wear and tear to it. Every vintage piece has a story and history behind it, which is one of the best parts about vintage! We do our best to describe the item in the condition we have it in, and note any flaws so that you know what you are purchasing.
-All measurements are taken flat, seam-to-seam, and given in inches and noted when stretchy. (Multiply the measurement by two for circumference.)
-Please check your measurements before purchasing. Model measurements will be given with each listing (when available) so that you can have a basis for comparison.
- If you change your mind about your garment, I can offer a store credit for the amount of the item. The item must be returned in the exact condition you received it in within one week of purchase, and shipping is at the buyers expense.
- If we have accidently misrepresented an item, contact us about returning it. We try to be very careful but sometimes a mistake can slip by due to the high volume of vintage going through each day. Just let us know!

When ordering items with personalized options, please ensure all customization instructions are in the notes section before you complete your purchase. If you think you may have left them out, or wish to change something within one hour of purchase, you may send an email to 2bravegirls [!at] gmail.com

Note: We do have a cat, but we do our best to keep him away from the clothing and other pieces we sell. All items are stored in a closet, on hangars, doors shut, and are laundered before be sent out. If you have any concerns, please message us for more information.
