Thanks for stopping by to familiarize yourself with the "fine print" of our shop! While we have a love-hate relationship with them, policies allow us to provide you with the best product we can make, while keeping our best possible prices!

Payment
Currently we only accept PayPal.
Once you choose the items you would like to purchase, and you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, select the PayPal option at checkout. PayPal is an amazing thrid party credit card processor that insures that all of your transaction information is secure!
Shipping
We ship using UPS and USPS, depending on size, destination, cost, and customer preference. Most items are made to order. In any case, please allow up to 10 business days for production time. Custom/personalized items take longer, sometimes up to 15 business days, to be produced. Shipping costs are approximated, and include the actual cost of shipping plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials. If your shipping cost is less than you paid, the remaining amount will be refunded to you. If you would like to place a larger order, we will be happy to work with you to adjust the shipping price, but you must convo us so that we can arrange this for you.

International Shipping
All of our items can be shipped internationally. Please convo for international shipping information. If the shipping price turns out to be significntly less to ship to your destination, we will refund the difference to you.
***Please note that we do not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsiblility of the buyer - IF their country charges these types of fees. This information can be found at your local post office or by researching on the web. Each country varies, so be aware of customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing.

We take great pride in our work, and are hopeful that you enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it for you. We do our best to ensure that your piece is free of any defects, but please keep in mind that all pieces are made by hand and that you should expect and allow for the small and delightful variations found in handmade items. If your purchase is damaged at the time of arrival, please convo us ***within 24 hours of receipt*** so that we can discuss replacement options. Please note, that we do not refund the price of any shipping expenses.

We DO take custom orders for our pieces, and turn-around if fairly quick! If there is a piece that you are looking for that is not in our shop, please ask! We have thousands of molds at our disposal, and would be more than happy to help you find that perfect piece!

Large Orders
If you would like to purchase a large order, please contact us so that we can discuss details with you - we are quite flexible and will try our best to work within your budget and timeframe.

Our Workshop
We work in a home-based ceramic studio. The studio is located in a smoke-free, but pet-friendly house! Should you have any allergy concerns, please note that all of our pieces are hand-washable!
