I started my business creating baby albums and journals to write down all those memories and milestones of my girls growing up. Then I made them for friends and family to do the same. All our products are made to order. Most of the products are ready to ship in 3-4 business days.

Will you send a design proof?

Proofs are sent for personalized journals only. We can provide proofs of other items on request, but this will slow processing time and may delay your ship date. If you would like a proof of product please let me know in the notes at check out or email me directly.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Things can happen during shipping, so if you receive your order and it is damaged we will be happy to replace it free of charge with an identical item. Please contact us immediately if there's a problem with your order. Email us the photos of your damaged items and we will start the reprint process right away. Note that we don’t offer reprints due to spelling or grammatical errors in the text you submit with your order. Be sure to double-check your personalization before submitting your order.
