All items are made in a smoke free environment.
Please note, I will create a custom reserved listing for you if you wish to proceed with my handwriting services.
Due to the volume of weddings I am working on, I will respond to your convos within 1-3 business days.

Payment
Payment must be processed & cleared before your hand addressed/written items are shipped to you.
100% of my sold orders are for completed work. I do not create separate listings for deposits, as deposits are not required to reserve my handwriting services.
Shipping
Important note regarding hand addressed items:
All hand addressed items will be mailed through UPS or FedEx. If you would like your hand addressed items shipped to you through a different courier, you must let me know which method you prefer. Cost of shipping will depend on the size of your order and delivery type (overnight, 2-day, etc.) Shipping charges will be added to the cost of your order.
For hand addressed items shipped by USPS, I require signature delivery receipt.
I regret that I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Additional policies and FAQs
It is important that you supply extra envelopes, cardstock, place cards or escort cards to allow for error allowances. A very minimum of 10%-15% of the quantity of your order is required. No exceptions. Unused envelopes, cardstock, etc. will be returned to you.
I offer customized handwriting samples so you can try before you buy. Samples are sent to you at the cost of one USPS first class stamp. Convo me to find out how to receive your handwriting sample(s).
Please note, some items are subject to 9.50% sales tax.
