I find my items by spending great time and care searching for the best vintage pieces at the best prices for you! Please be aware that vintage has a past and almost always means USED. If something is advertised as vintage please do no expect a new item, nor an item in new condition. While I would never purposefully sell a defective or poor quality item without stating so in the description, occasionally I may make a mistake. In these rare circumstances, I ask that before leaving negative feedback please contact me and I will do what I can to resolve the problem!

Payment
If you anticipate any need to change the shipping address for your item (for a gift, etc), please use DIRECT CHECKOUT.

If you purchase an item through PayPal, I can only ship to the address on file.

For PayPal purchases needing a different address, we will have to cancel the transaction and initiate a new one with the correct address.
Shipping
My shipping fees include shipping AND handling. Sellers on Etsy require packing and shipping supplies, and have Etsy and PayPal fees to cover! When you purchase an item from me, you ARE agreeing to pay the shipping fee as listed.

Generally, I refund what I believe to be excess shipping fees AFTER shipment. However, I do not make any guarantees.

I ship within 1-3 days, and your item should reach you within 5-11 days in the US, with the exception being Hawaii or Alaska, which may take up to a week and a half to reach you. Lighter parcels will be shipped first class, while anything heavy will be shipped priority. In rare cases, such as very low sale prices, I may ship parcel post to avoid a loss for my store, but I do my best to avoid this, as I want your item to reach you as soon as possible!

International shipments will take an estimated 1-2 weeks delivery time, but may take up to 6 weeks. Unfortunately, with international parcels I can't guarantee a certain date of delivery.

If you are concerned about your international parcel being lost or stolen, I advise you to contact me and request insurance, for which I may have to charge an extra $2 for.
Refunds and Exchanges
Generally, I do not accept returns or give refunds except in extenuating circumstances that warrant it, such as a damaged item. If you truly believe an item has been poorly represented, I will do what I can to resolve the problem. However, change of mind or ill fitting items won't warrant a refund. I am open to reasonable requests to make exceptions but ONLY if you contact me within two days of receiving the item.
Additional policies and FAQs
Finally, while I do my best to keep all my items clean, they do come from a home with a small dog, so if you have allergies, unfortunately my items may not be suitable for you. In order to keep my prices so low, I do NOT dry clean or wash any of my items.
