Returns and exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of item. I will request the item is returned to me at buyer's shipping cost. After return of item, I will fully refund original cost not including shipping & handling charges.

No refunds will be offered on digital items (ie, digital templates, digital elements, etc). Please read the details regarding file types. If you are unsure if your program is compatible, convo me prior to purchanse with your email address and I will send you a test file.

Payment
I accept payment via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, simply choose the pay with credit card option on PayPal.

Shipping
Shipping charges reflect postage & packaging costs. All items are shipped First Class U.S. mail within 5 business days unless noted otherwise. If you would like an item shipped differently, please contact me prior to your payment.
