Please understand that no refund or exchange can occur before the shipping period of 2-4 weeks has passed.

Please understand that 2Wired! can not take responsibility for any customs fees associated with the shipping costs. I will do everything possible to ensure that there will be no fees; however if fees do arise it will be at the discretion of the customer to make those payments. Once the items have shipped, there can be no guarantees. Tracking numbers and expedited shipping can be arranged for additional costs.
Unless otherwise arranged, most basic shipping will be arranged ( no tracking number) . Because of that it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for items to arrive.
