Please note: most all of my pieces are made of genuine .925 sterling silver, gold filled, or gold plated sterling. So they are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. I try to be as accurate as possible when describing my jewelry, so rest assured my pieces are listed with integrity.

Only slight problem is that the gold vermeil on these is slightly darker than that on the other vermeil earrings. I'm hoping the difference is only noticeable to me.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Each order is wrapped carefully in a sealed plastic jewelry ziplock bag in a gold foil box, suitable for gifting. FREE gift wrapping available upon request. Gift can be sent directly to recipient upon request with a personal message if requested.
Packages are then carefully bubble wrapped and sent in a bubble wrap mailer or box.
I ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation unless otherwise requested.
Processing Time
I typically send out orders with 2-3 business days if the item is available. Some items I create at time of purchase so processing time is a bit extended. Each listing specifies its processing time. If you need special accommodations, please comment and we can discuss options.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take my jewelry creations very personally. Each item is carefully inspected for quality before delivery to make sure the customer is getting what is promised.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your piece, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will work to find a satisfactory resolution. I take Etsy feedback very seriously. I want my customers happy with their purchase.
You may return or exchange any unused in original condition within seven days. Merchandise must be packaged and in original condition. Your order may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange minus cost of shipping. Shipping cost is nonrefundable.
I am not responsible for errors in shippingitems lost or damaged in transit or thefts.
Care instructions
Please keep your sterling or gold jewelry sealed in an air tight ziplock plastic bag or anti-tarnish pouch available at 310jewelry.etsy.com. Minimal exposure to air when not in use will keep your jewelry tarnish free.
Remove your pieces prior to showering or bedtime.
Prevent exposure to products, perfume, lotion, or chlorine. Gold will react with chlorine.
If cleaning is required, please clean with jewelry cleaners specifically designed for them.
