Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?

I'm sorry, due to the nature of these products I cannot accept returns. Please be sure to read the full product and scent descriptions before purchase and contact me if you have any questions.

Unauthorized returns are not allowed per Etsy rules.

How long do you cure your wax?

That is 100% up to you. Each candle and package of tarts (or wax) is labeled with the pour date. It's recommended you wait at least 2 weeks before using it. The longer they cure the better. I try to pour product ahead of demand so that it's curing on my product shelves ahead of times, but busy times might mean you will get a freshly poured item.

I use a name brand custom blended wax.

Is there a master list of all your scents?

Yes! My list of lovely ladies can be found here:

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping actually tends to cost a buyer more, so no I don't.

I charge actual shipping.

Here on Etsy when you see 'free shipping' advertised it means that they have rolled the price of postage into the price of the item.

For example! If you were to purchase two items from my shop for 10$ each, the additional shipping would be about 4$. So your total purchase payment would be 24$.

If I were to add 'free shipping' to my listing with the tool Etsy provides, it would make each 10$ item actually 14$, making your total purchase price 28$.

So you'd pay 4$ more for 'free' shipping.
