About

Our humble beginnings

We started our journey in our garage as a hobby for our family members. Then friends of family started asking us to make jewelry and before we knew it friends of friends started asking to see our work. We opened an etsy store and started uploading pictures and listings to use as a gallery for our friends and family. It turns out that lots of other people like our handmade jewelry too.

Fast forward to a few years later and here we are. A full blown etsy artisan team with handmade offerings for all occasions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
PRODUCT LISTINGS THAT ARE READY TO SHIP
Items normally ship within 1-2 business days. You may cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Send us an etsy convo right away.
We reserve the right to cancel your transaction for any reason. Some countries have restrictions on what can be sent via air mail.

C U S T O M O R D E R S
A custom order is anything that deviates from the original product listing which includes size, dimensions, color, material, quantity, engravings, and any other specifications.
Often times our clients are really excited about their custom etsy jewelry therefore,orders are locked in once payment has been made. In most cases, we can still make changes to your order if you contact us within 1 day.
We start the material sourcing and production process a day after we receive your order. We are a home based business and source our materials in small batches that are non-refundable. Most custom orders takes 3-6 weeks to complete.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final. At this time we do not offer repair or replating services.

RESERVED LISTINGS
Your reserved item will be released if payment is not completed within 1 business day.

SHIPPING METHODS
Non customized and in stock items.
USPS First Class Mail 3-7 business days with delivery confirmation.
USPS First Class International Mail 7-25 business days.
We ship from Brea, California via USPS. Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days. Allow 2-3 days before trying to look up tracking information on your package.

Custom orders have a production lead time that averages between 3-6 weeks depending on complexity.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address on paypal is updated. There is no way for us to retract a package once we drop it off.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
You are responsible for customs or duties that may apply to your country outside of the US.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. All of our listings are for brand new jewelry. We are a small business working out of our home studio. We do not add extra margins to cover for refunds so that we can keep our prices as low as possible.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for a service fee within the first 5 days for most non-customized cufflinks. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value. Service fees + Price difference + shipping fees will apply and the rate will depend on the item. Items must be brand new and unworn. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. There are some items that are stated as final sale in the listing. Please refer to the description details.

We do not offer exchanges for custom orders.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGES ONCE YOU RECEIVE OUR AUTHORIZATION
contact us a message through etsy within 5 days from the time the item is delivered. Return the item in brand new and unworn condition right away. Be sure to include a note or the original invoice so we know how to look up your order details. Include a note for the item that you would like to exchange it for. A service fee will be applied. We will email a paypal invoice for shipping fees for sending out the exchanged item.

Example: if the tracking information shows the item was delivered on the 1st then you must must us before the 5th. The item must be in brand new and unworn condition. Mail it back within a week from the time you contact us. You may re-use the original packaging material . We will inspect the items and process an exchange. We do not refund shipping fees. We recommend USPS First Class Small Package service with Delivery Confirmation number.

MINIMIZING LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We typically wrap your jewelry in a small container with bubble wrap and ship your items in a padded envelope for extra protection.
If, loss or damage occurs we will work with you to resolve the situation.

ORDERS FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY
We accept custom orders for precious metals, semi-precious and precious stones.
Base metals: 925 sterling silver, 14K,

The average production time is 6-8 weeks. Materials are custom sourced for each individual order. We will try our best to meet your 'must have by' date but we do not offer a guarantee. Delivery dates are provided as a guidance to what we are working towards but does not constitute as a guarantee.
Price and options are subject to change at any time. Quotes are valid for up to a week due to fluctuations in market prices for precious metals and stones. We reserve the right to cancel a custom order and issue a refund at any time.

LISTING DESCRIPTIONS
Price and options for customization are subject to change at any time.
Our product measurements are approximate. Our jewelry is handmade so each item of the same design may vary.
We take photos of our items in a photo box using natural lighting. We are not professional photographers but you pretty much get what you see.
Your jewelry may look different from our listing photos if you select to customize it. For example, your jewelry color and finish will vary if you select a sterling silver ring and wish to customize it to 14K white gold. White gold will look different from sterling silver.

Handmade jewelry is delicate and require proper care.
We do not offer a warranty or guarantees of any kind.
Stated production lead times are an approximation. Unexpected delays or issues may arise. We cannot guarantee that an item will arrive on a specific date but will try to do our best to stay within the stated time frame.
