Beware before working with this seller. The picture of the rug was overexposed and color distorted. I received a product I was not expecting and the seller refused a return. Again BEWARE

This customer opened a case against me with Etsy concerning the color of carpet. After reviewing the case Etsy ruled in my favor. I offered the customer a store credit even though I was not in the wrong. Customer refused my offer and proceeded with case. Customer continued to send altered photos that were in no way the true color of carpet. If customer had only contacted me with questions prior to purchase this case could have been avoided. I trust you will read all my reviews before taking the word of a dishonest person. All my photo's were taken in outdoor natural light and at no point overexposed or distorted.Thank you

Disappointed with seller and product. Ornaments were not packed properly and many were broken. Asked for refund but I was expected to pay for shipping back to seller. Then seller decided that I should file a claim with the postal department. It wasn't their fault. Ornaments were fragle and they were not protected enough for shipping. Will not buy from seller again.

I am sorry some items arrived damaged. I wrapped each ornaments individually and sent in a priority box. Fragile was written in big bold writing with red marker on each side of box. Package was insured. Even though my policies state that I am nor responsible once package is left with post office I offered a full refund to buyer. Buyer refuses to sent broken items back to me so I could take care of claim on my end. My hands are tied if buyer chooses to keep items. My policies are clear and I always do my best to make customers happy. I am sorry for damage done by post office. Thank you

Shipping
When possible I like to recycle envelopes and boxes.
If I need to purchase new pkging then that cost will be included in shipping price.
When I use a flat rate box there is only the cost of shipping(boxes come with)
During the holidays I will be using alot of priority shipping boxes so that you will receive the item quicker.Please convo me if you would like a different mode of delivery.
All books will be shipped media mail unless you would like a different mode .Media mail will cost you less but takes longer to arrive at your home.
