Sorry if my tone didn't come across as intended. Having reviewed our comms, I believe I remained polite throughout. Our initial contact began in October, but the order was placed shortly before Xmas. The “guaranteed” pre-Christmas delivery you referenced was an Etsy-generated estimate; delivery from the UK to the US within six working days over the Christmas period was unfortunately unrealistic and I was not asked to confirm whether this was achievable. The first package was regrettably lost in transit, and I sent a replacement as soon as this became apparent. I responded promptly throughout and did my best to resolve the matter efficiently, including creating a three-tone custom design specifically for you. I am sorry if the transaction did not meet your expectations, but I did my best to assist.

4 out of 5 starsAlthough the black with red option I originally ordered wasn’t available the owner suggested a close alternative which I was very pleased with. He kept me updated with the order at all times & was most helpful. Am very happy with my purchase.

5 out of 5 starsReally good quality tool, the shop owner dealt with my request for a personalised item with a quick turn around and talked me through my options and what the best product would be. Great communication and really great service. I even made a mistake on the personalised item and he quickly helped me rectify it in the short time period in which I needed the items. Thank you- will definitely order again!
