Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we love to create custom and personalized orders on most items seen. Please inquire if you would like something personalized that is not listed!
Do all of your items ship from GA
In-house items are shipped from GA and others are finished at a production partners facility that uses your nearest location and ships from that area.
Sizing details
All sales are final as they are often made on-demand. Sizing is listed in the listings. Measuring will ensure the best accuracy.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is only available on certain items. Gift wrapping is not available on all items as we use production partners for certain designs. If you would like to know whether your item is gift wrapped, please send a message.
What happens if my item is lost, damaged, or stolen?
Candle Related Purchases-
3D Candle Creations offers free Priority mail-insured shipping up to 100$ on items over 35$. Should you want more insurance please request so before ordering. Mishandled mail does sometimes occur and this gives you the buyer the extra protection on your package.
Should it not arrive or become damaged in transit, you may use your upgraded tracking number to file a claim with USPS.
If you order with standard first class mail, your package is not insured and you will not have the ability to file a claim should it be lost, damaged, or stolen. Please consider upgrading to priority if you wish your package to be insured in this situation.
