Custom and personalised orders
We do accept custom and personalized orders! Send us a message for your request and we will do our best to accommodate. Brand new designs would take 2-3 weeks to develop, and customizing one of our available products would take about 1 week.
International Shipping - PLEASE READ IF SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA
Due to COVID-19, international shipping is currently not dependable. There is a very good chance for shipping delays and longer customs processing times that are out of our control.
We reserve the right to cancel orders if the USPS or Canada Post is unable to ship to your country. We will not be providing refunds for packages that are in transit to you but have not arrived yet.
3D Printing Colors
We try to match the colors shown in our photos with each of our prints. Due to different 3D printers, different brands of filament, and environmental factors (such as temperature and humidity), there may be some fluctuations in color and/or finish (matte vs shiny) between printed products.
Incorrect Address
Unless indicated otherwise, orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal. Please check it prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. Once a package is returned to me, you will be refunded the purchase price, minus the shipping charge, as Canada Post/USPS was paid for attempting to ship.
