Announcement   One easy stop to a world of wonder.

All arts presented here are free of contaminant, lead-free and heavy metal free. They are made by one human in a healthy ecology-conscious studio in the tiny attics of this artist home. They are made by hand, with purpose and I dare say: Love?

No empty promises or pretense. You’re buying from a genuine hardworking person only trying to make a living out of her talent.
I saw plenty of products descriptions that flaunt about a big designer’s name and promise customers many wonderful things like mood lifting or other things with their art ware. I am not saying this is impossible. If my pieces could cure depression, I would be elated. But I am not promising this because the effect of my pieces will vary.
Let’s be downright honest here.
Unless you are unto retail therapy, my piece will only lift your mood if you enjoy using it, seeing it, love what it contains or if you remember warmly who gave it to you, as a gift. I am no Picasso, not born in an exotic country and my pieces, because they are functional and not just decorative, most likely will never make it to a museum.
But they are the best with my current talent and I only will get better.

CANADA DELIVERY ONLY.

I encourage local delivery first, I would have gladly accept special international orders BUT as of Nov 25, 2018, I am no more shipping over as the law of our Custom and Taxes body have changed and as an artist at the mercy of an unstable market, I cannot afford to have a business number etc in order to export. Sending as a "Gift" when I sell from Etsy will be considered fraud and will incur legal problem for me, if caught at it. This is not something I can do.

Local buyers, West-coast of America and Canadian customers, please contact me so we can arrange a delivery that is more advantageous for you than the one I quoted on the items. Postal fees, if lower than what I advertised will be waived.

Because I lived 3/4 of my life in luggage and in apartment, prior to now, I create art that can be used for something else than just art. Most of the art pieces have dual function besides enhancing the decorative factor in your life.

My ceramic products meet strict standards (esthetic and safety) before being posted here. They are tested to resist boiling hot water as well as fridge cold. If they failed the test, they are either not here OR they are offered at a reduced price with a note in the description.

None of the product are alike, even if they started their life as a mold. I sculpt and I am very proud to present items I designed from scratch.

I also accept special order.

About

Talented, experienced and passionated ideas well to hire!

Interested in life and in love, I am first and foremost a ceramist, clay and glaze artist limited only by time and space. Skills need to be used and so you will enjoy jewelry I call art-to-wear and painting that practice my glaze skill. All in art is connected, so where the kiln cannot come or be used, I still produce. I show up!

And then I have a multimedia-graphist formation. It was supposed to be my main living-hood. But, of course, not everything goes as planned in live. That means I have skills that can help you as well as many years of experiences. Just not the glamour to show.

Every product is painted or glazed by hand. No short cut, with pottery, for example, the painting is kiln "IN", not on. No stickers or anything flimsily covered in glaze. The only way to erase the decoration on the pottery piece will be to break the pottery.

Do I want to be big and famous? Like many people, my ambition is to make it and better myself up. I want to enjoy what I do because it reflects on the product when I put my heart in it rather than trying to make it for profit.

So, from my very small isolated studio; I still am convinced I can make the world better. If something better has to come, let it starts with me.

This shop is my call to you for a return on simpler things; A time where mutual appreciation made everyone grows in what we were skilled in. A time where human needed a community more than Internet to supply what they needed or simply fancied. A time where something taking time to be made was valued higher than the ability to mass produce!

Buying from a creator/artisan/artist is good for you, for the Earth, the community and for the economy.

I know now:No man is an island; alone, I can only do a ripple. Will you choose to be part of a tidal wave?

Frequently asked questions
Are my items food safe?

I eat in my own set since 1999. I also have many allergies myself, so unless mentioned otherwise: all my material were food safe and health safe since the first day I played in them

Care instructions

Most items in ceramic can go in the microwave and the dishwasher. I'll indicate it if they don't.

What are the worst enemies of your item?

Drop is the number one cause.
Using steel wool or very rough cleaner
Staining foods like beets or tomatoes sauce cook in them repeatedly
Thermal shock : passing straight from the oven to the fridge or vice versa
Time ;-) I've been using my set close to 20 years and cutting my meat in it did finally manage to scratch the surface, not through... But you can see marks, now.
