Don't order here! she will never ship it. just a waste of time.

I purchased this on may 3rd. Sent the owner 3 messages after not receiving it or even a shipping confirmation. I have no idea what is going on. I understand delays if there is one but my product doesnt even say it shipped and the seller hasnt answered or contacted me regarding it. I'm getting my money back.

The seller never shipped my item. She never answered my messages. Etsy refunded me.

Seller has not worked with me to resolve issue. I was sent the Extra Large sized mask, rather than the normal, standard fit. I reached out and even offered to send it back. She said she would send the correct sized mask, no problem. She never sent it, waited patiently about a month to inform her it was never recieved. Seller has yet to respond and help me resolve this issue. $10 lost. Poor Customer Service. Poor quality. Do not reccomend.

The masks are nice. I am just a tiny bit sad that the Luke’s sign isn’t on mine (town signs Gilmore girls) It’s cut off and not recognizable. I was too slow on ordering the all Luke’s mask and missed out. Masks are nice though. I’d buy from seller again
