Bought these coasters with all of the family members names on them for my grandparents and they love them! The owner works well with you and confirms the placement of what you want, super friendly and fast with delivery :)

It looks like the picture, but the magnet is attached way off center and not very strong so the entire thing sags at a 45 degree angle instead of sticking horizontally to the dishwasher

I have attempted to reach out to this customer to replace the item and they have not responded. 3byFive strives for great customer service and a great product! However, I cannot fix something I don't know is broken or work with someone who will not communicate. If any of my customers have an issue with their purchase, I urge them to contact me immediately so I can rectify it!

This shop never responded to my order or shipped my order. So frustrating.

This order was fully refunded. The order was not completed because at the time, the posting was active but should not have been which was my mistake. The issue was resolved with the refund.

About

Framing My World

There is nothing more thrilling to me than finding old, wasted items and bringing them back to life. When I see the look on peoples faces when they view my items and are pleasantly surprised to determine it's origin... I can't begin to hide my enthusiasm.

I am an Upcycler and I was born this way. My Barbie dolls wore clothes cut from my mother's good napkins and I dug through our basement constantly looking for uncovered treasures to take apart and transform.

Let me define the word Upycle for those who may be unfamiliar... the process of taking used goods or waste material to create a product that is better than the original.

And that's what I do. I Upcycle. I never knew there was a word for it. But when I discovered this eye that I have... 3byFive began to take shape.

My first big job out of college was for a company where I worked in the gift card department. There came a day when my boss asked me to go into our dungeon of a storage room and throw out all of the old test cards to make room for the new. As I stared at the boxes of gorgeous gift card designs I couldn't justify throwing them in the garbage.

I started doing research and found that gift cards are the same thickness as guitar picks. And what do you know... there was a tool you could buy to punch your own!

With a pick punch and endless gift card designs... I caught the Upcycling bug. Later I started rescuing well loved books by folding them and turning them into unique decor items that you can hang around the house.

And that was the start.

3byFive has evolved to include other Upcycled and crafted items, a bit of photography and some vintage treasures... but Upcycling is my true passion. Do I always make a work of art? Of course not. But an essential aspect of creativity is not being afriad to fail. Ultimately, I just want to make beautiful things. Even if nobody cares.

The name 3byFive was inspried by the mentality that people continuously attempt to frame their world with a "3x5" photo. I want my items to translate my world to the people who come into contact with them because a 3"x5" photo just isn't enough.

Thanks for taking the time to read about my shop. It's been a pleasure sharing my story.
