Shop policies

Welcome to our store! We are three sisters (and a brother) who happen to all be creative, each in a different way. Each of us creates what makes us happy, what satisfies our souls. We hope you can see that in our creations and that they bring you the same joy and satisfaction that we got from making them.

Accepted payment methods

  • Money Order
We accept PayPal and money orders (in U.S. dollars). Please consider before you click the purchase button if you really want the item or not as once you click it and pay us, you are committed to buy.
We will get your purchase shipped out to you within three working days (if for whatever reason it will take us a little longer, we'll let you know up front).

Please note that we all live in different places! In the event you purchase multiple items (which we love when you do) and they are items from different siblings, you may be getting several packages in the mail instead of just one. (But who doesn't love getting packages in the mail?)

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service and we use either first class or priority mail with delivery confirmation and/or insurance upon request (with the additional fees being charged to you) unless we have stated otherwise. Please make sure that your Etsy address is correct as that is the address we will use to ship to you (unless you convo us and tell us differently).

At this time, we are not showing that we ship internationally. The cost of shipping has doubled and is just ridiculously expensive. However, if you are international and are interested in purchasing something, please convo us and we would be happy to look into how much shipping would be (any customs fees would be the responsibility of the buyer). Please be advised that we are told at the Post Office that it will take at least 7 to 16 business days for your package to arrive. We hope you get it sooner, but some packages we have sent internationally have arrived a month later. And if you know your country has a problem with losing First Class mail (untrackable) packages, then please don't purchase from us.

If you are local, we would be happy to arrange to meet you to deliver your items and save you the cost of shipping (or we can mail them to you if that is what you'd prefer). Also, if you are local to the Tulsa/Owasso area, we have more bookmarks, gift tags, magnets, and cards than we list on here (and we may be able to give you a little better deal in person).

***We do try to recycle shipping supplies, so we re-use boxes and packing materials and upcycled/recycled cardboard if possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are sorry, but we are unable to give any refunds or exchanges. We try to describe everything to the best of our ability, but if you have any questions about an item, you need to ask before you purchase. Our items are shipped exactly as we have described them, so we are not responsible for lost or damaged items as we carefully pack and ship everything to insure safe arrival.

However if you do have a problem or if something has arrived in a condition other than we have described, please let us know within 7 days after receiving it and we will do our best to work something out! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We'd also really appreciate it if you'd let us work something out BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback as we work really hard to make our handmade products and we do our best to take good care of you.

***Please note***If you wait longer than 7 days to let us know, we can't do anything about it. We realize Etsy's return policy is different from ours, but this is our policy and if that is going to be a problem, please do not purchase from us.

***For International buyers***If your package does not arrive within one month, please let us know. If you wait longer than 45 days to inform us your package didn't arrive, we won't be able to do anything about it.

***On any custom orders for new customers, we may require payment in full before we do your special order. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience, but we have just had too many people change their minds after we have already done the work.

All of our items are made in smoke free homes and everyone is pet free as well, except for Cherinda who has a beautiful brown dog named Brownie.
