About 3DDeluxeStore
From concept to creation…
I started 3DDeluxe in the summer of 2019 following a change in career paths to biomedical engineering. Medical school was challenging and the life of a doctor is something I decided I didn't want anymore.
In only a few short months I developed a passion for CAD and small-scale manufacturing. I've been designing and 3d printing parts for my house and for family friends ever since.
It is not cliché when I say that there is nothing that satisfies me more than a happy customer. It’s why I offer a 30-day moneyback guarantee. This is not about money for me, but about offering a product that makes a difference, makes you smile, or makes someone's day a little brighter. Mistakes do happen and it’s crucial that when a mistake is made, the customer doesn't pay for it. I strive for complete customer satisfaction and don't want anyone leaving the shop with regret following a purchase.
If for ANY reason you don't like something you purchased, you get your money back. If it's a small item, I usually let you keep it. For bigger items, return shipping is deducted from the refund price.
Custom designs, prints, and silicone molds are non refundable. Should you have an issue with your custom order, I do provide full support and will make it right.
When you order from my shop you are paying not only for a product, but for customer service. Most days I reply to messages within the hour.
