I'm thrilled to hear that you find the tote very cute, and I'm sure your daughter will love it, too! 🥰 Regarding the shipping time: At the time of your order, the processing times were 3-10 working days, and your order left my studio well within that timeframe. The shipment was from Switzerland to the US with an estimated delivery time of 4-15 days after shipping. While I aim to ship orders promptly, international delivery times can vary and are unfortunately 😭 out of my control. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
