Shipping & Handling
All orders require 1-3 business days for production prior to shipping. Tracking is provided and estimated delivery times are between 3-5 days.
Sometimes there are delays at the post office which may cause your order to arrive later. While these circumstances are not in our control, if your order does not arrive within 2 weeks of its shipping date, please let us know and we will provide assistance.

Packaging
Most of the time I use brand new padded envelopes/boxes to send out orders.
There will be some times that I will reuse packaging. This could include: Amazon envelopes/boxes, filament boxes, etc. The reason I do so is for environmental benefits. Reusing packaging helps reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills or in the environment. It also reduces the need for new packaging materials to be produced, which can help conserve resources and reduce carbon emissions.
Returns & Refunds
Due to how early and small my business is, I will not be offering refunds or returns. I do plan to change that in the near future.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours will receive a partial refund, with the amount depending on the stage of the order process.
