HOLIDAYS DEADLINES - IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING FOR CHRISTMAS!
Here are the deadlines for delivery by December 24, 2024. Orders placed after the deadline may still make it on time, however, there is a possibility they may not. All dates are by 11:59pm EST on the specified date:

* November 29: Upgraded puzzles
* December 6: Plates, bowls, poly mugs, Camp mugs, Lunchboxes, and Lunch Totes (with USPS)
* December 10: Journals, folders, binders, Placemats, 30 pcs Puzzles, Stationery Items, Ceramic mugs
-- PRIORITY SHIPPING -- (Not available for Plates, bowls and poly mugs during the holiday season)
* December 11: Camp mugs, Lunchboxes, and Lunch Totes
* December 16: Journals, folders, binders, Placemats, 30 pcs Puzzles, Stationery Items, Ceramic Mugs
2nd Day and Next Day Air are available for some items upon request if you order passed the deadlines. However, production time can't be rushed. Message me for more info about this before placing your order if interested.

Even though I answer messages during weekends, holidays, and sometimes in the middle of the night, actual production time is calculated based on business hours from Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Orders placed after 5pm or during the weekends/holidays, will start processing on the next business day. If you are short on time, please message me :D

I like your designs, but I can't find the theme I'm looking for. Can you make it for me?
Yes! In fact I LOVE custom order requests. I'm working hard to have listed all the designs I want to have available on my shop, however I still have dozens of theme on my "to-do" list. Feel free to message me to request your theme!
Can you make other items that are not listed on your shop?
Yes! I have so many other things on my "to-do" list. I can do Sippy Cups, Platters, Water Bottles, Pencil Bags, Makeup Bags, Canvas Prints, cell phone covers, Mouse Pads, T-Shirts and Bodysuits, Towels, Shower Curtains, and LOTS of other things. Ask away!
Do you ship outside of United States?
I can ship some items outside of USA. Please, message me asking me for an specific item for more information and costs.
Do you offer shipping discounts if I'm placing a multiple order?
YES! If you are ordering two items, the second one will have a discount already set, which will show on your cart. However, if you are ordering more than 3 separate items, please message me for an extra discount before placing your order.
Can you print messages to the item I'm ordering or request changes?
YES! I'm open to mostly anything you need! Just specify during checkout what you would like. After you place your order, please keep an eye to your Etsy conversations, as I will send you a proof when you request me to add words and when major changes are made to the original design.
