Hello! Thank you for taking an interest in my designs!

► Please be aware that the colors of an item may differ from what is pictured due to lighting, changes in beads available, lucky stars available and/or monitor settings. Other colors may be requested, though shipment will be delayed for around two weeks while the beads are acquired and lucky stars are crafted.

► If I have any questions on your order, I will contact you through Etsy.

Payment
► Payment must be received within 72 hours of purchase.
► I accept payment through Paypal using a credit card or Paypal account. NOTE: A Paypal account is NOT required when using a credit card through Paypal.
► If your payment must be delayed longer than 72 for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.
Shipping
► Your item will be shipped within 3-4 business days after payment is received and the item is created. When items are custom made, each item can take up to two weeks to make. I will not start making an item until your payment has cleared.
► I will ship to the Etsy address specified on your receipt unless otherwise requested.
► If I need a response from you before I can ship out an item, your item will ship 3-4 business days after your response is received.
► If you do not receive an item in the time you expected, please contact me to see what we can do. However, I am not responsible for items lost during transit. Please purchase Shipping Insurance if you want to make sure your item arrives, especially if you're outside the US.
► I will combine shipping up to the maximum size and weight constraints of the Envelope/Box.

► Domestic Shipping (Continental USA): USPS. Expected delivery times may vary.
If you would like your item shipped some other way, please mention it in the "message to seller" option at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges.

Refunds and Exchanges
► Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason within 10 business days for domestic orders and 20 business days for international orders from the date the item is shipped.
► It is up to the buyer to contact me for returns and exchanges. Please detail the reason for the return and any changes that need to be made for the exchange.
► All returns are shipped at the expense of the buyer.
► Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, only the cost of the item.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes! Please contact me and I will gladly work out the details with you! All custom orders will be listed through Etsy.

Q: What is the best way to contact you?

Q: Can I use a pseudonym/alias, P.O. Box, work address, etc. in order to keep my information private?
A: I can skip to P.O. Boxes or any other addresses that you want to provide. However, I need your full real name to ship to. It is impossible to ship international orders without it! Also, I am not responsible if the item gets taken from your work because your co-workers want super cool presents!

Q: The item is a gift. Will you include a note or gift wrapping?
A: I will gladly include a note for free. Include what you would like it to say in your "Message To Seller" at check out. If you would like some sort of gift wrapping, an additional $1 will be charged. Please include in your "Message To Seller" that you would like gift wrapping and the holiday/event the gift is for.

Q: Do you leave Feedback?
A: Yes. I will leave feedback upon request, so please contact me if you would like me to.
