Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Because of the nature of custom items, I am not able to accept returns or give refunds. I am very good at what I do. I never expect to have a client wish to return a custom. My fitting techniques are tried and true and I pride myself on listening to my clients and producing the items that they request. I will always work to make it perfect. There should never be a need for a refund or return.
IF you have a problem with ANY 3.l.p Couture item, please let me know as soon as you get it. I will work with you to make sure that you are happy!
All payment must be made in advance. For my clients ordering over $100 in merchandise, I offer a two-payment plan. In this case, half is due up front and the other half, plus shipping will be due upon completion of the item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: until payment is made, I cannot put you on my books. I have to respect ALL of my clients and those who pay promptly will have priority for completion. If you request a private listing, but do not pay for it, your item(s) will not go on my schedule book UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE! Please be sure to recognize this and be aware that a late payment may result in missing your requested completion date.
Bottom line: please pay promptly! If you have payment issues, please get in contact with me and we will work something out.
I ALWAYS ship using USPS Priority Mail (unless the item is especially large or odd and may ship cheaper via UPS or FedEx). ALL clothing items ship Priority Mail. I charge flat rates based on what USPS charges. I DO NOT charge handling fees.
IF I am over my deadline, I may choose to ship an item using EXPRESS mail (USPS) to ensure that your item reaches you by your requested date. This happens rarely, but when it does, I cover extra costs.
Please let me know if you would like your package insured. I insure orders over $150, but if you would like a smaller order insures, please let me know.
Additional policies and FAQs
WHAT I DO: Unless you are purchasing a ready-made, an OOAK or a SAMPLE, your item is ALWAYS made after you place your order. My clothing is made using measurements that you provide me to ensure a perfect fit for your child. Each item can be customized to your tastes.
LEAD TIME: Please keep in mind that I always need between 3 and 6 weeks of lead-time to complete an item. My books are very full and there are always orders ahead of yours that I must complete before I get to yours.
RUSH ORDERS: If you need an item within three weeks, convo me. I may be able to work you in to my schedule. These orders will require a RUSH fee of $15.
