I ordered these earrings to match a necklace that I already had. They arrived promptly but one had a chip broken off the large bead. The bead was replaced immediately with many apologies. Mistakes can happen & I was more than pleased that I could still keep the earrings & just have a bead sent to replace the damaged one.
