Thank you for visiting our Etsy Shop. We hope our collection makes the statement we intend as we are listing each item. Be sure and put us in your favorites so you can stop back in and see what is new!

Payment

For online purchased and shipped items we accept PayPal payment. We also accept direct credit card check out. Follow the instructions as you go to your "Cart" to make your purchase.
If you are local in the Jacksonville, FL area we will be willing to work out other payment methods.
We must have payment within 48 hours of purchase. This is so if you change your mind we can put it back in active sales without losing many viewers.

Shipping

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) . We purchase delivery confirmation on all orders sent USPS. Our items will ship out within 48 hours of confirmed payment unless otherwise noted to you.
If you are local to the Jacksonville, FL area we can work out delivery or pick up of item if it is cost effective and convenient for us both. This would of course do away with shipping fees and should be communicated to us through convo before making your purchase.
Insurance will be up to you for items shipped. It is under $2.00 for USPS.
Shipping discounts may apply if you purchase multiple items and they can safely be packaged in one box. We reserve the sole right to make this determination. Any shipping refund will be made via PayPal or through Etsy when credit card check out is used, after the items have shipped.
***Please note if you want signature request on your shipment it cost us $5.00 more and we do have to pass that cost to you the buyer. Please convo us regarding this so we can add it to the shipping cost before your purchase.

International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS).

However if you would like an upgrade to USPS Priority please feel free to inquire about the costs. We will only charge for the actual postage, but be aware that the USPS Priority pricing can be quite high.

International customers need to consider there may be additional taxes, duties or other fees required upon receipt of shipment. Please check with your local post office for fees. International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not in any way responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take great care in describing and photographing our items and therefore we consider that all sales are final. If we made a substantial error in the listing (such as not describing major damages or flaws etc.) we will accept returns if you contact us within 2 days of receipt so that we can arrange a return/refund. No returns are accepted for buyers remorse. We encourage that you ask questions prior to ordering, we reply all emails within 24 hours.

All refunds are issued less shipping costs, there are no exceptions.

The following conditions must be met:

1) The item must be mailed to us within 2 days of notification after we agreed upon issuing a refund.
2) Please make sure you return the items to us packaged in the same way that they were sent to you. If your item was shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance, you must return it using the same shipping methods.
3) The item must be received in the exact condition as when it was shipped to you, with all labels, tags and identifying marks intact; no alterations (such as ring sizing, necklace length adjustment etc.) or damage/wear of any kind permitted.

In case your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged in transit, please let us know right away. Make sure you photograph the damage and email us the photos; USPS and insurance companies require proof of damage in order to begin a claim process. Make sure you keep the original packaging materials as well as the damaged piece(s) for further investigation in the claim process. Do not return items damaged in shipping before contacting us, since this will void the shipping insurance.

Insurance companies will require a written damage report from the buyer in order to confirm details and verify the loss.

Insurance will be up to you for items shipped. It is under $2.00 for USPS and free when delivery is made by UPS. We ship UPS only under extreme circumstances. We will never send out an item damaged. If it is lost or damaged when you receive it and you did not have it insured we will not be responsible for it. Please let us know in advance of payment if you want to purchase insurance so we can add it to your invoice. In the unfortunate possibility an item comes to you damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. If the item comes damaged to you from UPS you must keep all packaging material for their inspection. If from USPS please take pictures and email them to us.
