Thank you for visiting our Etsy Shop. We hope our collection makes the statement we intend as we are creating and listing each item. We love the "hunt" to find vintage treasures for your home, garden, wedding, and props for set designers and photographers. There are so many things once treasured by others that are just being thrown away! Each item we find speaks to us as to how we can "Re-Treasure" it into someone else' life. Most times it is just "as is" and other times we see the perfect item with just a little bit of imagination, will be an awesome piece when we complete it. Our love for gardening, home decor and weddings plays a major role in our designs and items offered to you. See something you love and need a few days to be able to purchase it? Ask us to hold it for you. We know money is tight these days and want to make shopping with us as easy as we possibly can. We are not opposed to "offers", although our items are priced to sell. All we can do is counter offer or say no. We will consider all "reasonable" offers. If we don't have what you are looking for, ask us to shop for you. Payment
For online purchased and shipped items we accept PayPal payment. We also now have Direct Checkout with any major credit card. With prior approval we will accept postal money orders. In the case that you pay with a money order, it will have to clear our bank account before we will ship your item. Thanks for your understanding of this.
If you are local in the Jacksonville, FL area we will be willing to work out other payment methods.
We must have payment within 48 hours of purchase. This is so if you change your mind we can put it back in active sales without losing many viewers.
Shipping
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and Fed Ex for our shipping service. Delivery confirmation is provided on all USPS packages. Full tracking service and a tracking # is provided on all Fed Ex shipments. We also make sure to have tracking service on all items sent USPS. Sometimes the item will call for shipment by greyhound. It depends on the size an shape of the package. It will be stated on the item listing. You must have a Greyhound Terminal you can drive to for pick up of your item. Please consider this before purchasing. If you would like to make your own shipping arrangements please contact us. We are willing to work with you any way we can.
Our items will ship out within 72 business hours of confirmed payment unless otherwise noted to you.
If you are local to the Jacksonville, FL area we can work out delivery or pick up of item if it is cost effective and convenient for us both. This would of course do away with shipping fees and should be communicated to us through convo before making your purchase.
If you live outside of the 48 continuous states, (Alaska and Hawaii) please contact us with your address for a shipping quote. We are happy to ship internationally. Please contact us with your address and we will get a quote to your country. International purchases will be shipped USPS. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs charges, taxes or fees. There is no confirmation of delivery on international packages. The USPS does not provide it without a fee. You may purchase it with prior arrangement with us. Please contact us to set this up.
Insurance will be up to you for items shipped. It is under $2.00 for USPS and free when delivery is made by Fed Ex.
Shipping discounts may apply if you purchase multiple items and they can safely be packaged in one box. We reserve the sole right to make this determination. Any shipping refund will be made via PayPal or through Etsy back to your charge card after the items have shipped.

***Please note if you want signature request on your shipment it cost us $5.00 more and we do have to pass that cost to you the buyer. Please contact us regarding this so we can add it to the shipping cost before your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take great care in describing and photographing our items and therefore we consider that all sales are final. If we made a substantial error in the listing (such as not describing major damages or flaws etc.) we will accept returns if you contact us within 2 days of receipt so that we can arrange a return/refund. No returns are accepted for buyers remorse. We encourage that you ask questions prior to ordering, we reply all emails within 24 hours.

All refunds are issued less shipping costs, there are no exceptions.

The following conditions must be met:

1) The item must be mailed to us within 2 days of notification after we agreed upon issuing a refund.
2) Please make sure you return the items to us packaged in the same way that they were sent to you. If your item was shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance, you must return it using the same shipping methods.
3) The item must be received in the exact condition as when it was shipped to you, with all labels, tags and identifying marks intact; no alterations (such as ring sizing, glue added etc.) or damage/wear of any kind permitted.

In case your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged in transit, please let us know right away. Make sure you photograph the damage and email us the photos; USPS and insurance companies require proof of damage in order to begin a claim process. Make sure you keep the original packaging materials as well as the damaged piece(s) for further investigation in the claim process. Do not return items damaged in shipping before contacting us, since this will void the shipping insurance.

Insurance companies will require a written damage report from the buyer in order to confirm details and verify the loss.

Insurance will be up to you for items shipped. It is under $2.00 for USPS for $50.00 and under and goes up slightly per $50.00 and free when delivery is made by Fed Ex. We will never send out an item damaged unless the damage is noted in the description of the item. If it is damaged in shipment and you did not have it insured we will not be responsible for it. We take great caution in packaging for shipment . Please let us know in advance of payment if you want to purchase insurance so we can add it to your invoice. In the unfortunate possibility an item comes to you damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. If the item comes damaged to you from Fed Ex you must keep all packaging material for their inspection. If from USPS please take pictures and email them to us. You will then take your insurance information, packaging and damaged item to the post office to start proceedings to receive your refund from them. USPS and Fed Ex have implemented an on line insurance claim process. You can file the claim on line but you must still take the package with the packing materials an the damaged item to the post office for their inspection. We agree that this can be an inconvenience and we are sorry for that. It is, however, the only way to receive your money back from this claim.
**If your item is lost in transit you must have insurance to receive any refund. Once the item is posted at our post office it is no longer our responsibility. If you have purchased insurance and the post office can not find where that item was delivered to you, they will refund your item cost. Spending a couple of dollars more will give you peace of mind that if it is lost before getting to you, you can still recover your money through the insurance claims department at the USPS. Thank you for your understanding of this matter. Again please ask us to add the amount of the insurance fee to your item "BEFORE" you make the purchase. We do not provide insurance automatically.
