Gift wrapping and packaging

How are my purchases wrapped ?


Every small purchase is placed in a colourful organza gift bag & sealed polythene bag before being placed in a puffy envelope for dispatch.


Larger purchases are wrapped in colourful gift tissue and then placed in a parcelling bag.


**All orders that are 'marked as gift' will now come with blank gift tags & twine. If you wish, a message can be handwritten on a tag - please leave your message request in the notes section at checkout**

Do You Accept Returns?

I accept returns, yes.
All handmade items are thoroughly checked for imperfections and/or mistakes - before posting on Etsy and again before being shipped.
I am confident in the quality of my work, however, should you wish to return a purchase, please contact me within 14 days of purchase and return the item, unused, and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of said item. Buyer must pay for the return postage of the item.

What About Exchanges or Cancellations?

I do not accept exchanges on items nor do I accept cancellations or refunds on downloadable patterns.
