MY PROCESS: I do a ton of preparatory drawings for each piece, refining them until I get to the image I like best.

I lightly trace each drawing onto watercolor paper and then get to the most fun part: painting!

Sometimes I paint multiple watercolor paintings and assemble them digitally into a single finished piece.

I digitize the paintings, color-correct, remove backgrounds, and add text... this is the technical part.

Finally, it's ready - I can print the finished piece as a card or giclee print in any size I want!

If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage as proof for insurance purposes, and contact me to initiate a refund or replacement.

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me within 6 hours of purchase. I can't guarantee I'll be able to honor requests for cancellation sent after this time period.
Shipping
Once payment has cleared, orders typically ship 1-3 business days after purchase. All items are shipped from New Jersey via USPS. Delivery times vary, but USPS estimates its shipping times as follows for US addresses:
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS: 1-2 business days
PRIORITY MAIL: 1-3 business days
FIRST CLASS PACKAGE: 2-5 business days
To check the estimated delivery of a Priority Mail package, you can use the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map with the origin zip code of 07015.
You will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. **PLEASE USE THIS TRACKING NUMBER TO MONITOR DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE.** I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS and cannot expedite packages in transit. Once an order has been shipped, the USPS holds primary responsibility for information and assistance regarding the package. [All this to say, when in doubt, choose Priority Mail.]
I do not offer replacements or refunds for packages that have been confirmed as delivered via USPS tracking. If a package has been tracked as delivered but you have not received it, first check with any family members and neighbors; a building manager, concierge, doorman, or superintendent, if you have one; and your mail carrier. Then call/visit your local post office or call USPS at 800-610-8734 and request the GeoTracking data from the handheld scanner of the carrier. Many mysteriously "lost" packages show up the next day once this information is requested.
If the package can't be located via either of those methods, please contact me **within 7 business days** of package delivery notification and include your order information in the message. I can assist you in filling out a Missing Mail Search form (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm) and/or submitting a mail theft form.
If a package is stuck in transit, please contact me and include your order information in the message. I can assist with opening a USPS case review.

Do you offer overnight shipping? When will my order arrive?
Yes, you can choose USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. Orders typically ship out the following business day after the order is placed, though exceptions are necessary for weekends and holidays. For a complete list of USPS estimated shipping times, please see the full shipping policies section above.
Do you ship internationally?
On Etsy, I only ship to the United States and Canada. I ship to all countries at The Casey BarberSHOP flagship store: https://shop.caseybarber.com
Do you offer bulk pricing?
If you are a brick and mortar store owner with a seller's permit/resale certificate, I would be happy to discuss wholesale opportunities with The Casey BarberSHOP. Can you make custom/personalized cards for wedding or bridal shower invitations?
