I messaged the owner in a conversation and talked about what I would order, such as a long sleeve shirt etc. I received the shirt for my son's birthday. It was short sleeve and freezing cold outside. He didn't even wear the shirt, pure waste of money. The red ink on the shirt looked so faded it was orange looking as well as not the same color of the other reds. When I messaged the owner she said I should have mentioned long sleeve in the comments not the message. I asked her where on her site does it say to do this and she has yes to respond to my message. This was in early November.

4 Angel Babies
I come from a long line of seamstresses and artisans. My mom taught me to sew when I was 8 years old. She sewed her own wedding gown and even all of my bridesmaid dresses. My grandfather and great grandfather built and designed functional, miniature steam engines, stage coaches, and various other contraptions. I am particularly proud of my 60+ year old Pfaff 360, which was a gift from my grandmother. It was her first "fancy" sewing machine, which she used to sew most of her own clothes. I've been using it for the past 13 years to create a variety of items from bedding, window shades, drapes, clothing, dog clothes, tutus, dresses, and more! I have the ability to sew and create almost anything I see without using patterns.
I recently upgraded from a home embroidery machine to a commercial embroidery machine. I am excited to now offer commercial embroidery and design services to businesses.
I started my business after having major surgery and being confined to bed for over a month. Being a busy person I needed a plan while on bed rest, so started making precious items for my nieces as a creative outlet. I loved it so much, I decided to make items for other people's angel babies too. I am in love with all things adorable. I like to sew, make crafts, design, paint, read, work on home improvement and interior design projects, snorkel, and spend time in the outdoors.
My career involves working with developmentally delayed children as a Developmental Specialist. I have a Bachelor's in Health and Human Development and am working towards my Master's in Educational Leadership. I decided to put my career on hold and became a recent stay at home mom, who after a 7 year struggle to conceive, adopted my own angel baby. Little did we know, we already had another angel on the way! We have our hands full and are more than blessed with our two little guys 8 months apart.

Refunds and Exchanges

Non-personalized items such as leg warmers, bloomers, and wings may be returned in the original condition within 2 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refund or exchange for custom items will be given only in the case the wrong item was shipped or if there is a serious issue with the workmanship of the product as determined by seller (note that my items are handmade and made to order, meaning each item is unique and may vary from photos). Buyer may be asked to return items in question or take photos. Please contact me immediately for questions or concerns. REFUNDS DUE TO WRONG SIZE ORDERED WILL NOT BE ISSUED. A SIZE CHART IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.
Due to the custom nature of my items seller is not responsible for purchases of the wrong size, incorrect information provided at checkout, shipping delays, or buyer remorse. To ensure the best possible experience I expect customers to be informed consumers; the size chart is provided so you can make an informed decision on sizing. Measure your child before ordering. Please note that sizes and styles of tops may vary 1-3 sizes from what you are used to depending upon manufacturer of body suits and shirts. I will not select a size for you, so please do not ask unless you provide the exact measurements you would like the top to be; If you would like, you can provide length and width measurements and I will choose a similar sized shirt for you. If I am told your child wears a size 5 in XXX brand, I don't know what that means, as I only go of measurements of length (shoulder seam to bottom hem) and width. My white unisex bodysuits are Carter's brand and my ruffle bodysuits are Kavio, which run a size smaller than Carter's.

All orders will be made off details provided by customers in "NOTES TO SELLER" box at checkout. Be sure to include all order details in this box, or I can not guarantee they will be included in your order. I am happy to make custom orders, but can not make them without detailed information being provided at checkout. This information will be printed on the invoice I use to process your order. Any upgrade requests will not be included in your order unless a custom listing has been created specifically for you that includes the upgrade cost. (Just because an upgrade is requested in notes, it will not be included if payment has not been received for that upgrade in advance).
I personally hand make the items in my shop giving your order the utmost attention, thus each item is special and unique. Embroidered items are made using a top of the line commercial embroidery machine. Commercial grade stabilizers are used to ensure a quality product and cloud backing is ironed on the back of all embroidered tops to prevent scratching on the skin. Note that fabrics, flowers, hair pieces, ribbons, thread colors, layout, top styles, etc. may vary from photos and are subject to availability and size limitations. I order all supplies such as fabrics, thread, elastic, embroidery blanks, ribbons and trims, tulle, etc. in advance, but sometimes they are delayed with the manufacturer, which is out of my control. If I need to make a major substitution I will contact you via Etsy. If you are set on something very specific please make it clear in the "Notes to Seller" box when ordering or ask prior to purchase. I will do my best to match each item as closely as possible to the original photos. Please note that colors may vary based on differing dye lots and variations in computer screens. Colors of flowers, tulle, ribbon, thread and fabric can not possibly be made to match exactly. I create custom outfits with coordinating components and attempt to match these as closely as humanly possible.

*Embroidered items will be created using the highest quality threads, stabilizers and tops with a commercial embroidery machine. I use soft cloud backing on all of my tops to prevent the embroidery from scratching the skin until it has time to soften during multiple washes. I apply multiple layers of the highest quality stabilizers to ensure the embroidery is fully supported and will not tear away from the garment.
*My tutus are made by hand using high quality bridal and glitter tulle. All waistbands are sewn with non-roll elastic waistbands to ensure a durable and beautiful tutu that will grow with your angel. Although I use many yards of tulle and the tutus are very fluffy, they are intended to be short, so bloomers and/or leg warmers or tights are suggested to complete your outfit. Ribbon tutus contain upto 25 yards of ribbon and are entirely sewn for a lasting keepsake.
*I personally make all my hair pieces for beautiful and durable hair and tutu accessories.

*Delivering your order on time is VERY important to me. I can not ensure your item is shipped in time without a "need by date". Orders without this may not be processed.

*I receive up to 100+ emails/day, which significantly takes away from my time to process orders...please read policies and listings prior to asking questions.
*All items are created in a smoke free environment. Note that I do use feathers on some of my items.
*Your orders and questions are very important to me, however my most important job is being a mother. I have two busy toddlers and they often require my attention, thus I may not be able to answer your calls and messages immediately (I try to respond to messages within 24 hours or less during weekdays).
*I do not work on weekends or holidays for any reason.
*Due to the custom nature of my items, fonts, layout, fabrics, tulle, colors and sizes of names, numbers, and designs will vary based upon availability, embroidery hoop limitations and selections of customer. (It is my goal to choose a placement and colors that will allow for the largest design possible and one that looks best based upon the design). If substitutions must be made I will make my best effort to match the original design as closely as possible. Message me prior to purchase if set on a very specific layout, font, shirt style, exact colors etc. to determine if they will work with the selected design or are available.
