I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Although we will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may need to return merchandise. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return your order within 5 days of purchase. Please contact us and we will authorize a refund. You will receive a full refund minus shipping charges, after returned and inspected.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
Feedback is also essential to our success on Etsy. We go to great lengths to ensure that our products are correct, properly packaged, and shipped in a timely manner, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied in any way contact us ASAP and let us try to make it right for you before posting negative feedback.

PLEASE NOTE:
No Refunds are issued for Personalized items, Custom Orders, engraved, used or damaged items, and shipping. Shipping Charges are not refundable. *Return Shipping to be paid & provided by customer/sender and must be trackable. Please call us for any questions or concerns.
Payment
All payment are made through Paypal or a Credit or Debit Card. Paypal is a secure online payment system and is user friendly.
You do not need a paypal account to pay with a credit card.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service Standard Post or Priority Mail.
We ship anywhere in the United States.
Shipping cost is determined by the actual weight, size and destination of the package. If free shipping is offered the most cost efficient method will be used.
We ship orders in the order they were received.

My Package was delivered, but I can't find it.

If the package tracking shows delivered but it seems lost, please follow the steps below in order to recover the package.

Check around the delivery location
For residential deliveries, the package may be left hidden outside the house, with the apartment office, with a neighbor or at the local Post Office (if USPS).
For business deliveries, the package may be in the building mail room, signed by another coworker, in a neighboring office or at the local Post Office (if USPS)
Contact the carrier

UPS: 800-PICK-UPS, they will contact the UPS driver to see where the package was left.
USPS: Your local mail person on their next delivery to see where the package was left and your Local Post Office to see if the package is awaiting pickup there.

Contact us if the package cannot be located
