It says you went out of your way to find the perfect gift and to personalized it to make it theirs alone!

4 Broke Girls is an ALL custom shop. Meaning if you want it customized...WE CAN DO IT. We specialize in t-shirts, dog scarfs/bandanas, tumblers, umbrellas, glass blocks and so much more.

If you order a personalized item but do not include your personalization info, I will do my best to contact you. If you do not contact me within 10 days I will cancel your order.

Shipping
4 Broke Girls is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands.(This includes the postal service being careless) We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you item seems to have been damaged during the shipping process, we will be happy to file a claim(with pictures provided) to have your money refunded as we have absolutely have no control of the carriers and their policies.

If you do not read the listing and expect a miracle in shipping - we will NOT refund 100% of your order!!! If you request a refund before your item is due to be shipped, we will refund 50% of your total and the remainder will be kept as a restocking fee ON NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS ONLY!

We want happy customers and even though we are not responsible once it ships, please keep in contact with us and if something happens en route - tell us!

MAKE SURE YOUR **SHIP TO** ADDRESS IS CORRECT - IF WE SEND IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE SHIP TO - AND IT ISN'T CORRECT - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE!
Refunds and Exchanges
If we make a mistake on your product we will be happy to fix it or replace it, however with the personalization of items, we do not offer refunds.
Additional policies and FAQs
If the item is defective, we will have to get pictures and possibly the item mailed back so that we can concur with our supplier to address the defective item.

If you need your item before the allotted days to ship - YES! We will move your order to the front of the line to get it out quicker!

What if I cancel my order?

If your order is a non-personalized item, you will be charged a restocking fee of 50%. If it is personalized, we do not offer refunds.
